Dear current and future Middle School Families,

We are thrilled to announce an exciting upcoming adventure for all students in grades 5-8 at The Country School! From February 5-7, 2025, our current and future middle schoolers will embark on an unforgettable three-day experience at Camp Gilmore in Calabasas, CA.

This unique program, presented by The Country School, in partnership with Wolf Adventures, blends science, adventure, and team building in the heart of nature. It’s an incredible opportunity for our students to develop their leadership, teamwork, and pro-social skills while engaging in activities that spark curiosity and build connections. This experience will be facilitated by the same dedicated team that led our Middle School Kick off Retreat at the beginning of the school year, so you know we are in for a treat!

Dates: February 5-7, 2025

Location: Camp Gilmore, 26801 Dorothy Drive, Calabasas, CA 91302

Chaperoning: Matt & Teachers

Activities Include:

• Hiking

• Science exploration

• Team-building challenges

• Past living skills workshops

• Pro-social character development sessions

Trip Fee: $470

First payment due: January 1 - $235

Second payment due: February 1 - $235

Transportation: Parents will be responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the camp location.

We are excited to offer our TCS Eagles this adventure to bring out the leader, learner, and explorer in themselves. Additional information and packing lists will follow soon.
